Shipping & Returns Shipping Policy
All products are packaged and made by hand. We strive for greatness when hand making and packaging our products. All products will be shipped using the most cost effective method, via USPS or UPS. Due to COVID-19 Please allow 7-10 days for processing and shipping. EXCLUDING WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS Shipping and handling fees will be determined upon checkout. Return & Exchange PolicyReturns and exchanges are not permitted due to the safety and sensitive nature of the products!!

Due to the nature of our products and services there are no refunds, exchanges, or store credit. We do not accept returns or issue store credit. Please be advised, while ordering Whipped Body Butters in the Summer time, products are subject to melt while in transit.You can place the body butters in a cool area where they can solidify.
My package was returned.
If your package is returned to us, you will be notified via email. Depending on the condition of the product we may offer reshipment. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE PUTTING IN THE CORRECT ADDRESS INCLUDING APT NUMBER.
Package lost, stolen or damaged?
Once Packages leave our facility, we are no longer responsible for transit. If your package was lost or stolen, you must file a claim with UPS CLAIM- https://www.ups.com/us/en/help-center/claims-support.pagePS OR USPS. Click the link below to start the process of your claim.
